Directions to Boario Terme (Flexible date ski holidays)

From Bergamo Orio airport to the Residence / Hotel (60 mins almost straight road)
Exit airport right. Follow road around direction Bergamo. At round about FOLLOW DIRECTION LOVERE and take ramp up to main road. *Always keep following directions LOVERE, after about 30mins you will pass a medium size lake on the right hand side (lago Endine). A few Kilometres after the end of the lake you will enter a tunnel and then descend for less than 1 km and enter another short tunnel. After short tunnel do NOT exit Lovere but keep going straight into next tunnel and then up the valley and take exit Boario (the one after Darfo). Go down to T-Junction and turn left. Rizzi is on left 500mts down road (see map). In centre of village go straight on through lights and 50mts after lights turn FIRST left (sharp turn). After 50mts the road curves hard to right and Residence Antica Fonte is on corner with entrance to garage on left of Residence entrance. Ring bell or enter reception. Hotel Armonia and Hotel Milano are just after Residence...PARK after Armonia (T junction turn left) on main road. Reception will explain were their private free parking can be found.
For Excelsior Palace...at lights in Boario turn RIGHT. Hotel is on left 200mts up road.

Without Car (arrival Bergamo for flexible date ski holidays Boario terme ONLY) ?
Take airport shuttle to Bergamo station. Take bus to Boario (around 12 Euro return, 1 hour 30 mins, buses leave every half hour but less frequent on Sunday, last bus 19.30). Alternatively private transfer can be booked in advance: see form above
Bergamo Bus station is just opposite train station, glass building on right of McDonalds.

To get from Boario Station to Accomodation (200mts). Exit and turn left towards church then go down to sharp bend in road. At bend, TURN RIGHT....Armonia 50mts on right....Antica Fonte 100mts on right, Excelsior go past Antica Fonte, under road and up otherside for 150 mts. For those in Rizzi, walk down road infront and turn first left towards of church, back door Rizzi is 50 mts on right
Hotel Milano beside Armonia.

If you do not buy return tickets in Bergamo...return bus ticket is purchased in Bar at Boario station ...not on bus.
When you get on Bus...you need to "punch" the ticket in the machine.

Driving from Boario to Montecampione
Go back on main road towards Bergamo. Before tunnels take exit Pian Camuno / Montecampione. At lights go straight accross (actually right and immediately left). Climb mountain. Go past lake to end of road and park in underground parking.
To go to 1800mts...take slip road down just after small lake on right and BEFORE underground parking and follow road up.

Directions to Montecampione La Splaza, Le Baite.

From Bergamo Orio airport to the Apartments (80 mins almost straight road)
Exit airport right. Follow road around direction Bergamo. At round about FOLLOW DIRECTION LOVERE and take ramp up to main road. *Always keep following directions LOVERE, after about 30mins you will pass a medium size lake on the right hand side (lago Endine). A few Kilometres after the end of the lake you will enter a tunnel and then descend for less than 1 km and enter another short tunnel. After short tunnel do NOT exit Lovere but keep going straight into next tunnel and then up the valley and take exit Pian Camuno / Montecampione. Go down to lights and turn right and immediately left (almost straight on). Climb mountain. After small lake on right.....
- FOR LA SPLAZA 1200mts....go straight on (do not descend left) to end of road and park in underground parking. Residence is above you.
The check-in at residenze La Splaza is open between 9.00am and 9.00pm
- FOR LE BAITE 1800mts... Take road descending to your left and road will climb again to top. There is parking underneath the building costing around 80 Euro per week or open parking below free of charge. Enter up steps at entrance to parking. Go to back of building and you will find reception RESIDENCE Le Baite.

Receptions

La Splaza1200mts: Ente Gestione La Splaza..The reception in Middle of complex near bar and above garages (typically Italian, the signs are not so great so do leave luggage and find the reception before carrying your luggage with you). Open 09.00 until 19.00 (usually) every day. For late arrival there must be arranged a late check in.

Le Baite 1800 mts: Ente Gestione Le baite at REAR of building open every day 9.00-12.00 and 14.00 to 18.30. Wireless internet connection on request from  apartment reception.
